Really disappointed with @champneys Forest Mere. Called to query about a £53 charge on my card from yesterday when I wasn’t even at the spa… said they would call back and it’s been all day… costumer service is awful. Sat on the phone for 45mins before anyone answered.

@gmail Hi @gmail thanks for checking in! At around 10pm the emails started to come back and filter through, I hadn’t changed anything so who knows what was going on! My test emails from 8am were coming through at 11.30pm… but it seems to be working now! Sorted itself out!
