My statement on reporting in the NY Post that Governor Hochul is capitulating to misinformation and propaganda by seeking to undo bail reform, discovery reform and Raise the Age.

If these reactionary misguided policies are included in the budget, I will vote no.

Listen up @HRC @GayCityNews @elisacresponyc…leaders, local & nat’l.. as someone who understand the the law (x3 landmark cases, remember?) I strongly suggest re-thinking how we *legally* defend SW (by consenting adults, online & otherwise): SW is a sexual orientation. Period.
