@sgoldsmith641 No. But from what has been said, it appears that the alleged perpetrator is the one who died. And at that time it shouldn’t really matter who did what, the footage appears to show poor assessment of an injured person who seems to have died at the scene 🤷‍♀️

@sgoldsmith641 Because it costs money to allocate staff to areas. Extra staff may have been brought in to accommodate that workload. Theatre lists and other treatments are arranged around schedules. Someone else could have taken that appt who really needed it etc.
