I want to take this further as I'm so angry 😠 😡

I booked my tickets on 24thMay pre sale For 28th Oct however on my acc it is showing my order has been cancelled, however there has been no explanation for this. Can someone please explain why my order has been cancelled,I still require the tickets @PaoloNutini @TicketmasterUK

@Hermesparcels slight delay since the 6th dec? That’s a long 24 hrs. Finally got through to a human on the phone who told me there would be a parcel sweep and someone would email me in 24-48 hrs...guess what? No one has been in contact & now I can’t get through on the phone
