@Hermesparcels ...what about when I give you a parcel on the understanding you will get it to a specific destination, only it disappears after it is collected. Then promised searches don’t happen, nor does the promised communication. At what point do I think ‘I’ve been robbed’ 🤔

I know! I’ve been patient and I was really understanding with the person that finally answered the call. However I was LIED to as they have done nothing that they said they would and now I’m still sat here no further forward with an upset and disappointed customer. It’s not on 😡

I know! I wouldn’t mind but I’ve used them quite a bit recently..now business is picking up I’m going to have to find a different company which is a pain in the butt as the drop off is convenient. BUT this company has NO customer service. You just can’t access them AT ALL 😡

@Hermesparcels slight delay since the 6th dec? That’s a long 24 hrs. Finally got through to a human on the phone who told me there would be a parcel sweep and someone would email me in 24-48 hrs...guess what? No one has been in contact & now I can’t get through on the phone
