Why does an order submitted on Feb 5th with "2-3 day delivery" take 2 weeks to print and another week ship? Prints arriving 2 days after the event they're needed for doesn't help. Perhaps if customer service could return a single phone call or email in 3 weeks...

@Avis 2 days of trying getting transferred and hung up on. Still can't get a replacement rental. Customer Service has done literally nothing to help. Emergency Roadside Service scheduled the replacement pick up but was turned away by @Avis at the location. This is atrocious.

Almost 24 hours since the broken down rental was towed and @Avis still can't get us a rental replacement.

6 hours after the incident... the answer was no. 12 hours later... still no.

@Avis Rental suffered catastrophic failure on the freeway 10 minutes after picking it up. Couldn't even make it out of the lane, but no from customer service or road side assist 12 hours later. Spent hours roadside with an infant until CHP took us home because Avis never helped.
