🧗‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🥘 Get Started in Sports.
The latest cohort on our free employability course, in partnership with @PrincesTrust, provided local young adults with confidence building exercises, new skills and support finding employment.

This included football golf with Central Park Golf, mock interviews with local businesses @EE, @Grosvenor_Hotel, @marjonuni, @Babcockplc and @DWPgovuk, rock climbing with @ActivePlymouth, coaching sessions, fitness training with Mitchel Hosking Fitness, first aid training, food workshops with @AllFoodIsFun and lots more.
