@JusthostSupport it’s absolutely unbelievable how useless your team are at resolving questions over the phone. 2 months to resolve a restore, and all you get is fobbed off by “we will come back to you in 24-72 hours” and no one does. Tickets get closed etc and we start over.
@currys so, I buy a item online using vouchers on the last day of an offer using the collection in store option. You take the money, then cancel the order. I can’t reorder to another store as insufficient funds on voucher. Now what?
@peterkay_co_uk It’s a shame those that were let down by cancellations last time round didn’t get first refusal. All tickets sold for dates leading into 2025 and eBay has a raft of tickets for £300+ per ticket.
@virginmedia Intermittent. There are periods where I’ll get decent speeds, but the majority of the time it’s either very slow or not connecting at all. How can I arrange an engineer visit when I can’t get hold of anyone. I’m in an infinite “testing” loop!
@virginmedia how do we get hold of a human being to discuss why my new shiny fibre service is patchy at best! Average 5 hours of consistent service a day.

@VirginMoney useless customer service experience and such a waste of time calling to get through to someone for them to tell me they are experiencing a large volume of calls…. SO! Then to be asked for my details. Why doesn’t that person just getting training to help!
@CurrysServices@dxnn91 Surely it’s just better for all companies that offer price promise to say “we will price promise as long as the reduction doesn’t make us lose money”… if they explain why they will lose money wouldn’t we just accept it and walk away?
@TheBabyExpert hey Sarah. Our little man is 8 weeks old, struggles to sleep on his back and we frequently end up sleeping with him on us while we are bolt upright on the sofa. I know sleep is none existent in these early weeks, but any advice about how to transition?
@Tolekim@currys@currysplc I read plenty of messages about @currys service being shocking and my response is always “go to @JohnLewisRetail ” but I would like to ask, if you are one day, or one year past the warranty what do you expect curry’s to do? There’s a cut off for a reason.

@JoshWiffen@NorthantsPolice No, you didn’t fix it, you changed it. “Fixing” implies something was wrong with the original statement. You need some Vit D, get outside and enjoy the sun!
