@Killboxer@theashrb Exactly this.
And I just don't get how the utility companies aren't held to account for there shoddy work. Surely if you dig a great hole in a road the repairs should be carried out to an acceptable standard.
@TheAA_UK This has nothing to do with your recovery service, and all to do with your Accident assist service.
Clearly by your reply you've not even read what I posted!
Pretty shocking service by @TheAA_UK accident assist service.
Wife was involved in an accident (not her fault) used this service as it was recommended by the AA operator she spoke to instead of her car insurer.
They’re not perusing the claim anymore!
And to add to that she’s got 7 days for her or the insurance underwriter to collect the car which is un drivable from the salvage company
Unfortunately her car was written off. She was told that after her settlement figure had been agreed she’d receive payment within 7 days.
Fast forward 7 weeks and she’s just received an email informing her that because the claim is taking too long
@Shutl_UK Things are progressing....downhill unfortunately! Parcel now "lost in transit"
But fear not, I've got £25 coming my way to cover the 4 weeks I've been waiting and the cost of the item!
What’s going on @shutl ? Was told 8 days ago my parcel was getting returned to the retailer I bought from. It made it to the retailers local depot....then low and behold it was back at my local depot yesterday. I’m now told it’s back on its way again!
