When I went to the gate, they didn’t even want to talk to me because they were boarding for San Fran so the @JetBlue employees brushed me off to the Just Ask section.

@Clear employees at the Columbus airport make up stuff to get you to sign up. Then when you get out of line to sign up, they bait and switch on the promotion to get you to pay. Terrible!
