HM Treasury has just announced the revocation of the Restriction of Public Sector Exit Pay Regs. This ill-fated and badly thought through legislation had a pernicious effect, especially on pension in local gov. We await settlement proposals for JR claims @LLGLegal @ALACE13474627

We are delighted that our application for judicial review of the exit payment cap regulations, in consort with @LLGLegal, has been given permission to proceed to a full hearing. We are standing up for our members and other #localgov staff facing redundancy, now and in the future.
