@ChaseBlessing @Wendys About like my last mobile order pickup @Wendys ordered Big Bacon Classic fries large Chili and Salad. Got a plain cheeseburger with the bun soggy and wetinstead of the big bacon classic fries cold large chili half full and the salad was not fresh soft wet lettuce

The restaurant sends this short email response said email them back that they want to make everything right. When you send it to them they don’t want to know the truth and they never answer back. When management fails the employees will also. They don’t care

@Wendys Wendys has the worst customer service. If you have an issue dont bother to do they survey or contact their customer service through their webpage. They reply from the restaurant but when you tell them whats wrong they go silent and dont want to hear whats whats wrong.
