Has anyone experienced long delays and customer avoidance - retaliation with @SamsungUS @SamsungSupport @Samsung for TV purchased at @Costco? Have delayed me for 4 months & now they want me to ship my TV from Hawaii after promising a check. Ps I've spent $20k+on their products.

At $50+ an hr I make I have already exceeded the value with the time spent. 4 months. I have everything in writing to protect me.
