I really wonder whether @SamsungUK take their uk consumer legal obligations seriously. I’ve a TV with a common vault that’s not durable. They refer to themselves as the ‘manufacturer’, ignoring their obligations as the ‘retailer’ given they sold me the TV via their website!
@jeffbarr Hi Jeff, it appears partner impact was completely missed/ignored? Our services on marketplace underpinned by AWS native service cannot be deploy to customers unless they happen to already be using the underlying AWS service in their account/org? It’s a zero day issue for us.
@MicrosoftHelps seems like the work discount program site isn’t working correctly. Not able to login, gives a runtime error on multiple devices / browsers. Is this an issue being worked on please?
@MartinSLewis The whole tax system penalises families where income is disproportionately earnt between spouses / partners etc. 2 x 50k family 10k better off than 1 x 100k family after tax, and the latter get demonised when there’s a tax break and are regularly targeted for extra tax
@British_Airways What service levels do you work to for refunds and for complaint handling? My duplicate payment was 19th December, I raised it with you Xmas Eve, it’s now 3 weeks since the duplicate payment was taken and 2 weeks since complaint went in.
@MartinSLewis if you have time it’d be great if you can help shine a light on @British_Airways double charging, sending people over credit limits at Xmas. BA not resolving, some staff say no issue but X suggests otherwise. Senior BA staff ignoring escalations.
@MartinSLewis@bbc5live I learnt don’t book a flight with @British_Airways, they’ll double charge you, send you over credit limit at Xmas and claim there’s no issue. Then their CEO and Cheif Customer Officer will ignore escalations emails and no empowered individual will get back to you to resolve.
@British_Airways double charged!!! Charged twice, sent over credit limit. Emails to CEO and others, no response. Many phonecalls to customer services, ETAs for a response reneged on. Losing patience, even the complaint bot doesn’t recognise my complaint numbers for update!
@AlexMLowe The close games highlighted how much our game is influenced by ref’s decisions. I’m not sure what the answer is but it’s very frustrating and not sure how it helps attract new audiences. No time to even them out in knockout games unfortunately…
@jaredwright17 Assume World Fugby will be appealing? 🤷♂️. Marx is on the floor so do this to a player who’s out of the game seems a red and warrants a ban to me…
@AndyGoode10 Malcolm Marx is on the floor so is not ‘in play’ so very cheap dangerous, no mitigation, Marx was down for a while, Barrett’s come from a fair distance, no effort to wrap so always illegal. I was very surprise it wasn’t a red. I can imagine the headlines if it’d been Farrell.
@matt9dawson The only previous time I have bought quarter final tickets for the World Cup to see England was 2015. Hope I’ve not jinxed it buying quarter final tickets again this year 😭😭😭
@chjones9 can we get the pod view on making the most of contact for tmo/ref review? Sexton v England (hit in back, holds face), Ryan v England (Ludlum makes no fuss and not seen or reviewed) Faz v Quins (hit in neck, holds face). Rugby isn’t football, time for pen reversals?
@BBCSport I can see why the refs given a red using the framework. No-ones talking about players acting up like footballers though…Sexton hit in the back goes down holding head - forced a TMO review. Ludlam gets shoulder to face in front of ref but doesn’t react - no tmo, no ref decision
