Pro Live At bats vs the Québec Capitales (4-Peat Champions. Currently the top team in the Frontier League). Competed well against good hitters and had a great time learning from the guys.

Bullpen today here in Boston. Threw about 30 pitches working on the arsenal, fastball was up to 88 on pitch 30, found better command and consistency with my change up and my slider had a consistent profile in the zone and for s&m.

Second time facing live hitters this offseason - Recently changed my slider grip to a hard shaper shape and changed to a kick change this offseason. Velo has been steadily climbing through my ramp up and continuing to sharpen my mindset on the bump. Looking forward to competing in games for the first time this week in AZ!
