@toddbarriage Haha that’s a solid “I was there when” damn. Also I think my phone is listening to me because I just opened YouTube and was served a video of my OWN old band from like 15 years ago with like 49 views on it.
@prophiphop That’s the thing, right? This was kind of a no win for Paul and no loss for Mike. Jake Paul wins and he beat a 58 year old. Who cares? He loses and it MATTERS. Tyson loses? He’s 58 and got paid like 40mil. Wins? Hero forever for beating a 27 year that literally no one likes.
“Come as you are has limits”
Anyways I need to return my cordless Dyson because it turns out the wire cutter recommendation for the thing that sucks the most is this guy.
Churches must enforce modesty.
A woman who comes to church in leggings flaunting her rear, with her stomach showing, or with brazen or braless cleavage, should be sent home.
“Come as you are” has limits.
If golf courses and restaurants can uphold dress code, so can churches.
This is a great way to love your guest and love your congregation.
@calculizer Those first few records are obviously going to be the place that makes the most sense (I’d say of that era good Apollo IV is probably the best representation) but maaaaaan their last record is phenomenal. It’s a really high gloss mix and versatile record.
lol @Ticketmaster sending me physical snail mail to let me know they let someone get ahold of my payment info if so impressively on brand for the worst company.
@bennjordan I’m tired of the myriad ways it’s being unhelpfully shoehorned in. I would love for some useful “ai assistant” integrations in my work but it always seems to be slathered overtop of something in a way that requires more work for me to get around it than use it.
@toddbarriage His YouTube presence is so confusing to me. His main channel feels like the most boomer bullshit ever and then he goes and makes a second channel that is like 80% the best “learn to mix” content on the internet.
