@British_Airways 6 days 23 hours and 59 minutes before the flight and no decent seat available for bronze. Waste of time any level with you now. Proves my 24 Faro flights in 3 months with EJ was the right decision and you had half empty planes the couple of times I went with you.

Not true. A recent flight I had limited seat selection on then was half full and 4 rows around me empty but at point of choosing my seat they were full. 2 of your own pilots sat in those rows and I even heard them say “these weren’t available on the app”!! Just tell the truth!

@PaulRic71632112 @FlightEmergency No the issue in Faro is that they don’t distinguish yet between those who have done biometrics and those that have not putting them in the same queue. It’s painful now well out of season. God help people in the summer. It’s 💯 down to incompetence not B.
