To address the issue of high cost of credit and access to affordable financing, a total of Shs 8.03 trillion has been allocated to various wealth funds as alternative sources of capital.These include;
➡️Uganda Development Bank (shs 1.45 trillion)
➡️Emyooga (shs 553 billion)
➡️Parish Development Model (PDM) (shs 3.4 trillion)
➡️Agricultural Credit Facility (shs 495 billion)
➡️Small Business Recovery Fund (shs 100 billion)
➡️Grow Project (shs 824 billion)
➡️Investment for Industrial Transformation and Employment Programme(INVITE) (shs 800 billion).

@GovUganda has also further successfully lowered the cost of internet to ensure easy communication and enhanced access to digital services. In August 2023,@MoICT_Ug reduced the cost of internet by 50% from USD 70 to USD 35 per Mbps per month.
