@mr_Alsheimer This is why whole school culture is so important! If everyone involved with a school has this viewpoint, it's going to be one amazing place for the children.
@RogersHistory Aim to for every lesson you teach to be a 'good' lesson.
Don't aim for it all to be perfect and 'outstanding' (it can lead to burn out) but also don't let any lesson expectations slip (it can become a habit).
Consistency is key when you first start.

@MissMarkley97@MrTs_NQTs Make it as phonetically plausible as possible. Its less cognitive load for them then. Apart from that it sounds like you are doing all the right things as it is. It just needs time for them to practise and it will come.
