Our wall has been destroyed by @HastingsDirect insured driver, and after submitting 2 quotes to their 3rd party claim dealer the process has been slow and nit-picking. Finally accepted a settlement on 8th January which would be payed within 14 working days.

3/ 21 working days for a BACS payment in this day and age! Shocking service from @HastingsDirect Motor if you happen to sustain damage from one of their insured drivers!

2/ Now on day 16 with tradesman having been paid the deposit and nearing completion, with no money received, so out of pocket! A phonecall to their 3rd party handler to chase payment and @HastingsDirect have now said payment will arrive in another 3-5 days!!
