Simply trying to change reservation for flight to dsm tomorrow. 800 number - call later. Really? Been a frequent flyer and AA credit card - 15 years. I want to rebook or receive credit. If not resolved, my frequent flyer avoiding can be deleted and AA credit card is history.

Bulge in tire from new bmw with 7,000 miles. While at tire repair, found second tire with bulge. Bmw wants to charge $800 to replace both. Seems like defective tires. Great car but Achilles heel would be the tires. Why should I be responsible for tires that do not hold up
