In January, the Houthis sentenced 32 men, 9 to death, for the "crime" of supposedly being gay.

They killed them by crucifixion and stoning. Some who were sentenced to prison were publicly flogged.

The Houthis are not "progressive," and no activist should be cheering them on.

I know from my own family that neurodegenerative diseases like #MND are a horrible way to go for anyone (my brother died of #MSA https://t.co/xfnoHgQcDk which has similar symptoms) but esp for someone like Roger who was such a notable public speaker @mndassoc
