1. One-topic bills. No more riders. No more pork. Vote on one issue at a time.

2. Term limits. Two terms and you’re out.

3. Ban stockholding. Congressional reps can’t own stocks of any kind.

4. No exemptions. Congressional reps may NOT make themselves exempt from any law it passes.
