The second video shows the idea of creating an interactive demo of a mobile app that a potential customer can play with on your website without the need to download anything. To my surprise img2threejs wired this up from a single marketing image that I gave it(including the interactive code). This is 35 KB of html.

One use case is creating Rotato style animation effects for your website without the need for heavy video or model assets. This example is pure code completely encapsulated in a single 47 KB html file with zero external dependencies.
