@musescore 2/2 @musescore_com@musescore 1) I understand I was technically
Outside the refund period but didn’t notice so, given you can see I’ve not used the service, would it really damage you financially you to refund the $70…seems harsh. 2) is 5 weeks response time ok for support?!
1/1 @musescore@musescore hadn’t realised that id accidentally purchased annual plan until a few weeks after - teacher rushing in the classroom. Musescore took 5 weeks to respond and declined to refund, although I’ve made no downloads, and don’t intend to.
keen to get @Carousel_Learn back as routine but have some Qs about new(ish) features with using one master Q bank: is there no way to have a mixture of MC and non MC questions? Do images for image questions have to be uploaded every time…is the answer to use dashboard editing?
@theTRUESPEED is it normal to have to wait 20mins + to simply request to cancel my package? If nobody answers is cancelling the direct debit my only feasible option? Or perhaps somebody could call back?
@theTRUESPEED@virginmedia The saga continues to use. This morning I’ve received a notification of delivery today? It turns out it’s for another mark white, different address. Is this a day protection issue? It seems so.
@theTRUESPEED It took 41 mins to get through in the end. My enquiry took around 1 mins. I did ask what the average call time was butt he operator said he didn’t have that info to share…is this true? He did say he had to wait 4hrs to speak to @virginmedia so I shouldn’t worry!
Théo Daniell-Greenhalgh, talented songwriter and producer, and Brass Specialist, has just released 'Don't Do it For Us'. Recording all parts himself, the track is available on the usual platforms including Spotify. Do have a listen.

@tim_balance @nick_is_grate@BBCNews I remember watching the apprentice recently and seeing a soho ‘production house’ recording a contestant with an Aston mic the wrong way round.
@GillianKeegan Correct… which is why it is a requirement to a) consult parents on RSE content and b) publish a full curriculum on a school website.
So, that’s sorted then… shall we address funding? Or shall we hunt down a new sound bite for Middle England Daily Mailers to become enraged over?
