Pulled off 3:58 for my first ever marathon in Manitoba. 7th place in my age group, but the other runners were pretty old.

It’s been 48 days in the Great Canada Run to run 906 kilometres across the Rock. (Virtually of course.) No ferry for me at Port aux Basques, Newfoundland … I have to run the 202 kilometres over water to Sydney, Nova Scotia.
