חטיפת אזרחים על-ידי המדינה היא פשע חמור, אבל אנחנו לא נרתע ולא נאפשר להם לחטוף את הבחירות. פשעי המשטרה והשב"כ בשירות נתניהו לא ירתיעו אותנו מהמשך מאבקנו הצודק למען בניית חברה ומדינה המבוססות על ערכי החירות, הצדק והשווין.

This is wrong. Period. Daniel Biss is the grandchild of Holocaust survivors, his mother is Israeli, and he has spoken out loudly and clearly against antisemitism. His colleagues will look to him for leadership on Jewish issues and for help building alliances to combat anti-Jewish hatred. This apparent strategy of creating adversarial relationships with progressive members, often by distorting reality and politicians' records, is self-defeating and damaging.

It's a BS claim and he knows it, but until SCOTUS rules, the federal criminal cases against him are on hold.
