@united 1️⃣Hang your head in shame @united - despite all the above and engaging at length with your customer ‘service’ staff, your intransigence knows no bounds. Unlike other airlines, seems you refuse to compensate for damage incurred to my bag whilst in your custody and rendering it/

@liam43102 @British_Airways You should try @united .. average onboard experience at best, damage one of my bags in transit rendering it useless, and when I complain, claim for compensation to replace the bag is denied as carriage policy says it’s not their responsibility… 🙄😡
