@charlotteleeigh @PostOffice It’s a bit of a flaff setting up & don’t expect it over night. I quoted 15-20 parcels a week and that was enough to open an account. If you use tracked delivery collection is free. We sent 43 parcels on Monday & had no moan from anyone - bliss 😂 Alone that’s worth the agro!

@charlotteleeigh @PostOffice That was the downside. Opening times made it difficult. Unsure of your volume or what you post, but we now get a daily collection. Business account is a game changer. Price is better, but only marginal. Free supplies like labels & bags.

@F3Lollipops @simonmhill @RoyalMail I suspect we will send between 3-4000 parcels per year. £2 a parcel results in a big saving. £8k off the bottom line! But you are correct, what’s the price for aggravation? 10% defect (which is high) is still manageable but it’s the customer journey that suffers & longevity.

@simonmhill @F3Lollipops We have a business contract with @RoyalMail & to send a box, tracked 48 is £4.80. Evri price is £2.90. You add packing to the RM your nearly at £6. Most online platforms algorithm tick on free P&P to rank you higher. It’s hard to ignore Evri when your sending volume..
