@thetodd240@proteinprice@Devsthetix Is it mostly your quads/glutes that are sore? Probably looking at 5 working sets for quads & 4 for Glutes which shouldn’t be too much- but I guess maybe volume of hack squat is whats hurting you (if all of those sets are close to failure)
