@bet365 @bet365help To clarify, a now months old software fault. My initial tap to chat was 13th Sept, issues was months old at that point. No info since. I'm of the belief that tech supports robovac may have pushed it too far under the shag-pile rug to take interest in a resolution

@Jonfanti At least they're in touch, keeping you abreast of the case. @bet365 horse tracker can't be updated on my account (several months now). I was informed an issue in their system when initial enquiry went in (they've prob been moved depts by now!). Tech support have it under review!
