@CCTV_etc Palma was an absolute joy going in last Sunday and coming back today. Barely 30 seconds queuing on arrival into Palma and no queues at all for leaving (either checkin, security or passport control.)

@EmmaPryor6 @DMented_Avenger After much battling with Easyjet customer services they seem to have finally dropped the 'medical emergency' argument. Ive submitted another claim and they're now paying £350 each compensation. So worth getting a(nother) claim in if you'd effectively written it off!

Anyone here that was on the cancelled Easyjet EJU7279 tonight (Wed 2nd July) from Palma to Liverpool? What reason did Cabin Manager give for the cancellation? Was it the uncomfortable conditions (no aircon) or being out of hours? Was hard to hear what he was actually saying!

@DMented_Avenger Thanks for that. I didnt hear the 'out of hours' bit but, being Palma-based crew, they presumably would have also needed to bring the return leg back from Liverpool. I applied to Easy Jet for the EU compensation and received this back about a 'medical emergency'! Makes no sense!

@_catiebaby @easyJet Was cancelled after we'd sat onboard for about an hour.... after it was already 1.5 hours late. Aircon didnt work and no handwashing water in the toilets. Cabin Manager's explanation didnt make much sense.

@jamieparkie Decent results for us both today. Bit of a panic having gone 3-0 up to get pegged back to 3-2 and the need a last minute penalty save to keep the dream alive. Just a pity Accrington beat Salford. Fingers crossed Barrow can get a result against Tarnmere (!) on Monday!

@AndyElche I've been in Cascais today. Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, but whereas in Nice for Le Tour there were loads of Danes, Eritreans and clearly devoted cycling fans, it was more 'casual holidaymakers' today. Belem was deserted and there's little advertising for it anywhere.
