now when I am calling the croma store to know about the status of my order no answer ...this is pathetic and it's not expected from the most trusted brand of #India the #Tata ... I hope someone take note of this tweet and resolve my query

@cromaretail very bad experience of Croma Prabadevi store. This is not expected from a #Tata enterprise. I booked a #HP laptop 15-fe0032TU for which booking amount was paid. Due to some Diwali offer there were some freebies also like Printer and a mouse

Said the product will come in a day or two..On 30th Nov I get a WhatsApp msg and not a mail from croma that Your order has been cancelled without giving me any reason for the same..when i called the croma guy he said he will let me know on 1st dec but he did not call back...
