@MJGold Yes it's nice to know what the benchmark is for ones who are running well. I even remember reading BBC website articles from Athletics meets when a British competitor had run really fast and it gave you hope they might be a serious contender if a championship was getting held

@adamski152 It's a scandal how we've wasted so much money on recruitment. A club on our budget should have more than enough to beat at least 10 other teams in the league domestically. Or at least approach it in a manner where we should be dominant against the opposition.

@EllyOldroyd @TeamGB @5liveSport Mo Farah winning gold in 10,000m in London 2012 on back of that amazing 45 mins of 3 gold medals in the Athletics is hard to beat for the ultimate high. It was actually the day we got married and I didn't get to watch it back till 2am in the Sunday morning. Super Saturday indeed!

@SPFLWatch What a wild take bringing Rangers into this. Outwith the big 5 leagues, Portuguese top teams and Ajax. Rangers are the highest ranking team currently. Id be very surprised if other clubs from smaller leagues can be as consistent over a 5 year period. The failing is on others
