@petri_roininen Liian kova, eikä sen takia että kukaan ei tekisi "oikeita töitä" sen jälkeen, vaan koska missään ikäluokassa ei vaan ole 60% korkeakoulutettavia.
70–80-year-olds are mostly shunned from being hired by companies, they're considered unemployable because of mental decline and physical decline...
Yet people vote them in when they run for office.

Today I'm publishing a new essay, Policy on the AI Exponential. AI is progressing extremely fast—much faster than the policy process was built to handle. The essay lays out where I think the technology is now, and the action needed to close the gap: https://t.co/Lh6PWae178
A month ago, Bloomberg wrote about the rumors that @iceye_global was in talks to raise €250M at a €5B valuation... Well, seems like some investors did not want to miss this rocket ship 🚀
The View from the Office.
I met up with Sauli Kiviranta, founder and CEO of Delta Cygni Labs, in Union Square after grabbing an iced coffee from the Blue Dove truck.
Sauli flew in from Finland for NYTechWeek and was headed on to meetings in Houston.
He said that every time he flies to the U.S. he feels surrounded by a spirit of opportunity and optimism.
He said his favorite thing about the country is that “no matter how crazy your startup idea is, no one pulls the hand brake.”
I love that image.
Sauli’s company has cool technology that makes it possible to operate machinery over massive distances by tapping into any existing network WiFi/LTE/Starlink.
He demonstrated by flying a drone in Finland while in the U.S.
The part that makes it work is the low latency – meaning the video input is so fast you can adjust course quickly.
The ability to operate machines at great distances has existed for some time but usually it required an expensive infrastructure.
We are now starting to see more applications. The Ukrainian military operates drones from over 2,000 kilometers at a latency of under 2 seconds, while Sauli said Delta Cygni Labs can 100x that, extending the distance to more than 20,000 kilometers in less than 0.2 seconds.
Sauli said one practical application they see is to be able to work remotely in industries like mining and forestry which have trouble attracting young employees because they are located in off the grid spaces.
His dream is to someday use the company’s technology to operate equipment remotely on the moon.
You can connect with Sauli via LinkedIn or DM me for a warm intro. @sksauli
Open Letter
To the President of the Russian Federation
From the President of Ukraine
When you came to power in Russia more than 26 years ago, many people in Ukraine viewed you positively. That is how it was. But that is now in the past.
Now, the overwhelming majority of Ukrainians view it positively that our long-range drones paid a visit to the opening of your forum in St. Petersburg, covering a distance of more than 1,000 kilometers. As you know very well, that distance is not the limit of our capabilities.
These 3 men won the Ice Hockey World Championship for Finland on Sunday.
Yesterday, the newly crowned world champions were already back fulfilling their military service.
That’s the beauty of our system, and part of why we are the happiest nation on earth
There is a massive air alert across Ukraine right now. Missile danger. Explosions have already been heard in our area.
The world must see that russia continues its daily terror against peaceful people.

Uusin tilasto vuodelle 2026:
Suomen julkiset menot ovat taas koko EU:n kärjessä.
Julkiset menot ovat Suomessa 58,5 % suhteessa BKT:een, muualla paljon vähemmän.
Velkajarrua tarvitaan ensi vaalikaudella.
Menosäästöille ole järkevää vaihtoehtoa, sillä verotus on jo tapissa.
