A traveller from Cabo Verde has alleged discrimination on a British Airways flight while travelling from New York to Lisbon via London.

The passenger claimed that he and his brother were the only two people in Business/First Class asked to produce their boarding passes after everyone had taken their seats.

He described the experience as "inappropriate and humiliating" and said he immediately raised the matter with a supervisor, but was left dissatisfied with the explanation provided.
