•Clean out the lint filter after or before every use
•Look for scorching or burn marks, check for loose or worn wires
•Never overload
•Don't use overnight or when you're not home.

This video of our chip pan demonstration unit shows why throwing water on an oil fire is so dangerous. If you're cooking with hot oil and it catches fire:
1. Turn off the heat (only if it's safe to do so).
2. Close the kitchen door.
3. Get out, stay out and call 999.

• Check for frayed or worn cables and wires
• Check the socket for scorch marks
