@AmazonHelp You're directing me to another website where everything is pretty much automated and sends out canned responses. You guys need to understand that some situations need a human being to make some effort and assist.

@amazon did you dodue diligence on @checkr @checkr_support before giving them a contract to do background checks for delivery drivers? They don't respond to emails or calls for days. Their system is flawed and claims that they did not receive requested info just to justify delays

@AmazonHelp They're doinging background checks for Amazon flex drivers. They're requesting upload of DL and SS card on the online portal then automatically suspending the background check when the 5 day promise expires. Then they lie & claim that they didn't receive info

@InhabitantsAtx @checkr Were they of any help? It baffles me that a customer service number is never answered neither are the emails. We have to resort to kicking up a storm on Twitter to get a reply. What a mess.

We get these long automated messages and when we finally are about to speak to an agent, we get the "high call volume" message and the call gets dropped. You guys dont reply to emails either.
