@Squidpie111@MiscWolvesStats@LangmanVince A lot of times it’s more “bring in someone you trust whose work quality you know is strong vs. roll the dice on someone you think may be good based on a few hours of interviews”. The people working for me are not “friends”. You can certainly develop good relationships, sure.
@lmgo99@chamatkarsandhu@alexvolkanovski But that’s why they fight at a certain weight right? There are plenty of lightweights who weigh more and are bigger than other lightweights. By that logic if you’re a small LW losing to a bigger LW it doesn’t count in p4p if it’s close? So this doesn’t really make sense…
@IGoKaBooom @ssarver4086 They not lying Boom. The SNOO is the truth. It seems expensive but I was able to sell mine after I posted it in less than 5 hrs and got 80% of the money back. Do it!!

@MichaelNeubig@danielyanisse@checkr Lastly - to be clear we have justice impacted folks across a variety of roles and departments. Please don’t make judgments and statements when you don’t know the facts. As I said numerous times - good luck to you regardless.
@MichaelNeubig@danielyanisse@checkr Disappointed to read this. We gave you a fair chance to interview and you didn’t meet the qualifications. The hiring manager put aside time to give you constructive feedback, and then you wanted to apply for the same role less than a month later.
@MichaelNeubig@danielyanisse@checkr And shame on you that you started our interaction after your interview with comments/judgements about the manager being dressed casually for the interview.
Love this article from our partners @Greenhouse on committing to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I). It's all about self-reflection, changing #talentacquisition practices, and looking at the data. https://t.co/Fr99iuIeDS
