@lyft @AskLyft This is 3rd time a Lyft driver has cancelled my ride and then flagged me for a health and safety violation saying I wasn’t wearing a mask. I never even saw the car!!! And now no record of the ride and @lyft is threatening to suspend my account.

@cleanly is literally the most disappointing service! Why do you even offer a morning time slot if you cancel it every time?! Now my delivery is pushed til tmw when I’m not here. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I need you all to deliver my clothes today and a refund. #cleanly
