Due to the fact industrial hemp plants produce trace amounts of THC, it is impossible for clean hemp CBD products to limbo beneath the new 0.4mg THC container limit.

This kills CBD. Plain and simple.

I’m not sure what percentage of what they say is factual, but they’re telling us they’re already working to get things done. We’ll see

This makes the thc threshold impossibly low to comply with. 1gram of previously legal organic CBD rich hemp flower that is 0.3% total thc (completely safe and non-intoxicating) is 7.5x the legal limit now under the 0.4mg thc per container limit.
