@Hertz my rental was past due and they came and took it but now no one knows who has it or where all of my belongings are! Ive been on the phone all day!
@PeoplesGasCHI I’m without heat and hot water at my home and business because your employees are incompetent. No one showed up again for a scheduled appointment after my service was shut off in error. Supervisors are useless with their resolution forms instead of having power
@jewelosco my order was supposed to be delivered between 7-8pm tonight… never came , no notice or updates. Can’t get passed auto chat to reach a live person!
@askpanera again, no option to order the Tuesday Bagels using the Panera App! Even worse it only lets you order Asiago Bagels. Instead I’d have to use Uber Eats to place my order. So pay more, can’t use promos, can’t get sip club beverage, pay for delivery.
@olivegarden I posted 5 days ago about not receiving my delivery order and been getting the runaround from uber and the restaurant. I sent DM as requested and nothing! Folks… don’t order delivery!
@olivegarden love that you are delivering but I placed an order last night - never received it - uber directs me to the restaurant and restaurant directs me to uber. Not a great first experience with delivery!
@Avis just experienced the rudest agent at the Lakeview location on Broadway in Chicago. The way that he spoke to me was humiliating. I spent all morning on the phone with customer service trying to figure out why I haven’t got any points for my previous rentals and now this…
@Microsoft - it has been two weeks of trying to reach someone , my business is losing tons of money because no one can sign in or use email I am the only global administrator and the Authenticator is not working and I don’t have the phone number listed - impossible to get help
@Xfinity worst customer service I ever had to deal with and if you rely on your cell phone please do not activate a line with Xfinity mobile. Awful service, you’ll end up screwed! Cancelled service at one of my 4 locations months ago and still being charged. Nightmare!
@Microsoft I just spent 74 minutes on hold to get support for my business account. The agent answered and was assisting me then somehow the call got disconnected! I’ve been trying to reach someone all day!
@wearehims what do I have to do to reach a live person there. I’ve been charged, never received anything and getting g messages that I’m about to be charged again
