I am sure you lived through fuel scarcity in Nigeria. There are filling stations where you will meet utter chaos with cars trying to enter from all gates and blocking the road. No order whatsoever. Touts collecting money to let you jump queues and enter from the fast track gate. And there are those filling stations where everyone is parked in line, queue will stretch a long way but the lines will move faster and orderly. There will be pumps for jerry cans and those for cars. No one is fighting. You can reasonably predict how long you will be there for. The difference is being deliberate about ordeliness. Bros it is doable. We are just used to anyhowness.
