Bit of a different post.

Yesterday i lost one of my mates to suicide, a man who was the life of the room always smiling always making us laugh and was always there whenever we were down or upset. One of the biggest hearts I ever knew and none of us could have ever known he was going to do what he did.

If you’re struggling you are not alone there is always an alternative. Please don’t take your life you mean more to people than you’ll even know.

Talking to someone may not be easy but I’m sure there’s so many people in your life who would rather be there and help you rather than get the phone call and hearing you’re no longer here.

Henry you’ll be missed so much mate. Until we meet again.❤️
