@doomspoons It's the trees with their normals fucked up and the half-baked lighting. You can really see the seams between buildings too. But more importantly it way too similar to Gmod. The insane loading times, it's laggy, darkRP, etc. But maybe devs are excited about the tools sbox offers?

Spent all day porting, fixing, polishing, and texturing modular assets for my upcoming game, so I ended the day with something fun:
Made a quick cube map parallax effect for windows using a Texture instance, offsetting U/V based on the camera.

noclip is such a fantastic resource, it is really helping me understand how to use vertex colors to make a level pop without any real time lighting. if anyone has any tips, let me know! environmental design scares the hell outta me
