@pinocastellano Easton, although being near to water, is not "on the water", like Cambridge or Oxford are. It comes across as more of a town on the way to somewhere, rather than a destination. Much of it is along Route 50 which espouses loads of traffic in the summer for DC and Balto. oceangoers
