Lenders beware: Kenya’s High Court has greenlit our petition challenging US$54bn in odious debts under Kenyatta & Ruto.
No parliamentary approval. No public benefit. Offshore siphoning.
Kenyans WILL NOT repay what they never authorised. Accountability MUST be restored. #OdiousDebt #DeniBandia

Immediately the debate on fuel prices started in Parliament, most MPs allied to government quietly walked out.
Here is the picture.
That alone tells you their stand on the fuel crisis.
They know they would have to defend Ruto by defending these fuel prices which would have exposed how disconnected they are from ordinary Kenyans struggling with transport, food and electricity costs every single day.
So instead, they chose silence.
But silence is also a message.
And the painful part is this: Kenyans keep suffering while leaders avoid accountability right in front of us.
Let me tell you how it happened. Nigeria’s ginger export hit zero from N26 billion within 3 years.
The official story blames fungal blight.
But here is what actually happened. When Nigerian farmers lost their indigenous seed supply, grant-aided interventions arrived with replacement seeds.
An associate professor at Lagos Business School flagged publicly that some of those interventions involved GMO organisms that weakened indigenous crops and compromised soil health.
That is not a conspiracy theory because it is a documented academic concern.
Now that Nigeria spoke got destroyed by the GMO seedlings….what is not the result?
Nigeria was forced to import ginger from China to fill domestic demand. Chinese ginger has none of the pungency, oleoresin content, or quality that made Nigerian ginger a global premium product. And the ginger now sitting in Nigerian markets tastes like wood because it essentially is wood.
The two indigenous varieties that built Nigeria’s global ginger reputation, the Tafin Giwa and Yatsun Biri, had decades of soil relationship and quality built into them.
Once the soil was degraded and those seed varieties were displaced, the product that returned was a pale imitation. Nigeria did not just lose a market. It lost a seed. And without a National Ginger Seed Bank, which nobody has built, it may never fully get it back.
If diesel is bought at KSh 60 per litre, Kenyans deserve to know how it lands in Mombasa at KSh 167. Freight and insurance cannot swallow KSh 107 per litre. That gap smells of inflated costs, hidden margins and theft. Who is eating from Kenya’s fuel pain?
“Before he gets to Sugoi, let us look what we can salvage,” Senator Methu says President Ruto should be pursued after 2027 polls to return loot from the state
I am a Professor of Architecture. I have been a judge for Commonwealth Association of Architects Awards, International Union of Architects Awards, Asia Architecture Awards, AAK-Crown Architecture Awards, etc. Feel free to ignore my opinion. The New State House is plain MEDIOCRE!
In my intern days. I'd walk from town to Kilimani to save money. I would then meet my boss who had been chauffeured to work at the entrance and he would tell me, "Young man, try use the stairs not the lift, it's healthier."
Today's afternoon dose of anger comes from Rome, Italy.
The President flew to Rome for a three day State Visit.
Then Mudavadi led a Kenyan delegation to Rome.
To receive the President.
In Rome.
The President who left Kenya, was received in Italy.
By Kenyans who also left Kenya.
To welcome the Kenyan who had already left Kenya.
In another country.
We flew a delegation to Italy to say karibu to a man who left from the same country they left from.
As if there was no one to receive them in Italy because they were the ones doing the receiving in Italy.
This is not the first time.
Kenyan delegations have received the President in Paris. In Washington. In Dubai. In Tokyo.
The pattern is consistent.
The President travels.
A delegation follows to meet him there.
Strategic partnerships are announced.
The delegation flies back.
The cost is classified under miscellaneous.
Meanwhile Ichungw'ah is asking how protests will bring fuel prices down.
I have a better question.
How does flying to Rome to wave at someone who left from Nairobi bring anything down?
Anyway, Tuesday is Tuesday!!
Dismas wa Tabu. Dreaming in installments. Billed in full.
Rironi - Mau Summit Highway: At the cost of Kshs 160 billion corruption fees had been factored in. Now Kenyans must pay Kshs 200 billion; plus Kshs 7 billion penalty to the French firm + questionable toll rates. A special corner of hell should be preserved for these Fellows.

The median age divides the population into two equal halves, such that there are an equal number of people above that age as there are below that age.
If a county has a median age of 18, that means half the population is above that age, and the other half is below that age.
This is how Kenya's debt can be paid in less than a year.
Go after people who have stolen from this nation for the past twenty years.
Go after their foreign bank accounts where these money are hidden.
Out of Ksh 12T debt,Kenyans did not benefit from over 50% and Kenyans must refuse to pay what they never benefited from.
This clip is only two minutes long. It will instill sense in your head.
