@tomdepotter Interesting discussion! I've never thought about that before. We use ~ 0.8 min of fluoro per procedure at 3 fps, resulting in ~20 µGy·m² DAP. Given typical scatter exposure estimates (0.1–1 nSv per µGy·m²), this would correspond to an operator dose of ~2–20 nSv per ablation.

@sebFeickert An increased bleeding rate with Edoxaban compared to ASA/Placebo was expected from the beginning. What was unexpected was the lack of benefit from Edoxaban or the low stroke rate in patients on ASA/Placebo. A quote from today's inv. meeting: "No pain without gain".
