@Lord_Sugar Would you not agree though, that nothing was really done to help us transition? Brexit was never going to work if everyone just said "oh well that didn't work did it?" Of course it didn't we didn't even try....
@andyburnham How about you lower all the taxes on the fuel at the pump? A tiny fraction of the money we pay actually goes to the petrol station selling the fuel.... That would help much more than a poxy Google maps add-on, especially when there is an app that does that already!
@zarahussain999 I'm getting pretty sick and tired of entitled Muslims telling white English to leave their own country... If that doesn't stink of invasion I don't know what does ๐๐คฏ
@Fx1Jonny The plumber briefly pulled back on the controls during the dive, then qualified Flydubai crew took over and landed it. Being a plumber doesn't prevent you understanding that pulling a control column backwards makes the nose come up. Physics doesn't check your fucking CV first. ๐
@Fx1Jonny You've misunderstood basically every part of this. He didn't โbreak intoโ the cockpit. The captain unlocked the door from inside. And G-force comes from acceleration, not how fast you're descending. A jet can descend at 28,000ft/min without everyone being pinned to the ceiling.
@curioushaggis Name the rule is a cheap gotcha. Thereโs no blanket international โfirst safe countryโ rule, but UK law explicitly allows asylum claims to be deemed inadmissible where someone travelled through or had a connection to a safe country where they could reasonably have claimed asylum.
@curioushaggis Your hypothetical only explains why someone might prefer the UK. It doesnโt explain why passing through several safe countries should be irrelevant. UK law explicitly recognises safe-third-country connections when considering asylum claims. Preference โ necessity.
