@avidseries Is IQ a good metric though? What exactly does it measure? There are different types of cognitive tasks and one may excel at math but not be good with language related tasks. IQ hides some of this complexity and nuance

@minordissent Pretty sure that’s the exact opposite of the main takeaway from this book. The whole point is you can’t know what the effects of a change will be. That’s the nature of complex systems - you push a button to fix A but B explodes somewhere because the connection is not obvious
